Solar assessment privacy notice

TIANSHI SOLAR TECHNOLOGIES collects the information you submit so our team can assess your solar requirements, respond to your inquiry, and coordinate an inspection or quotation.

What you share

The assessment asks for your name, phone number, optional email, city or municipality, property and roof details, electricity use, backup preferences, and preferred inspection date. It also accepts a photo or PDF of your electric bill.

You may cover your account number, payment barcode, and other information unrelated to the assessment. Keep your billing period, consumption, and amount due readable.

How we use it

Your bill and assessment details are stored for review by the authorized business owner. We use them to develop a preliminary recommendation and prepare for a technical assessment. A preliminary estimate is not a final system design or price.

Opening Messenger takes you to Facebook. Messages there are handled through our Facebook page and Botcake, subject to their own privacy practices. Optional follow-up consent is separate from your assessment request.

Website activity

We record page views and assessment activity, along with campaign source labels, to understand how customers find us. Page views are not a count of unique people. Uploaded bills are not publicly accessible.
